Cannot Upload Images in Write Post

  • I’ve been using the uploader fine ever since the installation.

    After being on haitus for 2 weeks, I came back to post and found out that I can’t upload for some strange reason.

    What is this? I tried changing persmission, that didn’t work. I have also tried re-uploading admin-functions.php, that didn’t work either.

    Anyone has any experience with this before? How did you solve it?

    Has your host mentioned any changes lately?

    Same problem for me. Haven’t posted much in a while, tried to upload an image for a post and get this:

    Warning: move_uploaded_file…

    [function.move-uploaded-file]…

    failed to open stream: Permission denied in…

    Any ideas anyone? Seems to be a common problem with no resolution…

    Steve, do you not see the posts right above yours? I mean I know you had to search for this issue so I’ll give you some credit but I see a reply from handy that looks like a response. A Google search for the error shows even more like the very first one.
