    I have a customer whom I’m trying to help with uploading images to his woocommerce products in the mobile app. We’re not able to upload images to the IOS mobile app. They have the latest updates and everything seems like it should be working but when uploading an image the purple wheel spins and then we get a upload error. They have tried it on two different phones, one with a fresh install and we’re getting the same issue.

    I’m trying to connect the same store to my woocommerce app; I want to see if I can replicate the same issue on my end, I have all the correct credentials but I’m getting a “It looks like this username/password isn’t associated with this site”. However, it is the correct jetpack username and password. Nothing has changed. I can use the same credentials and connect to jetpack via the web site without any issue.

    Lastly, when I try to submit a support case via the mobile app it appears that the case goes nowhere. I don’t get an email confirmation that I submitted a case and there is no response weeks later. Trying to load a System Status Report gives me the following error: “Error fetching report”. It appears that there is a lot of issues with themobile app on Iphone.

    I understand that you are experiencing issues uploading images via the WooCommerce iOS app, is this correct?

    This is something we’d need to take a closer look at internally.

    I’m sorry to hear that you are having difficulty submitting a support request via the mobile app.

    We’d need to take a closer look, so you have taken the right step by trying to submit an internal support request.

    Can you try contacting us directly via WooCommerce.com → My Account → Support on a browser and see if this submits successfully?
