Cannot upload images to medialibary since 25:th Oct-19

Hi,
I am not a WP Pro, but I have had my WP website working perfect since Feb 2019.

I made my last post update on my website 24:th of October, with images and text.

Now I cannot uppload images anymore, as get a message.

Error code: Unable to create directory ../../media.racingtime.se/public_html/2019/11. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

After reading online I have tried some tips and tricks but is not working.

Any ideas, what has changes since not work anymore?

I have tried uppdate file directory to: wp-content/uploads

I have tried update file permissions settings, they are “755” etc but not working.
