Cannot upload images to new posts

  • Hello,
    I’ve recently had trouble posting images into my blog posts. I did upgrade to 2.91.
    Now when I do my post, I can upload my images to the media library but when I go to insert into post, the screen freezes and the image does not get inserted into post.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-related problems?

    Also try using a different browser while using wordpress, because some browsers might have probs with javascript, try safari and see.
