Cannot upload or add image to posts

I never use the image button.

I am having the same problem as onlinebizguy.
I can post, but cannot upload images. When I click on the link to upload image, it is frozen. I uploaded new version the other day.

I just read the instructions and realized I didn’t deactivate plugins before I did automatic upgrade. How do I revert back to the other version?

same problem! I deactivated plugins before upgrading so this is not the problem.
Any suggestion?

The only solution seem to be a downgrade to 2.8.3.
Now everything works again.

I’m having the same problem, how do you downgrade ?
