Cannot upload replacement files

This was a great plugin that has worked perfectly, until today. When I click “upload a new file,” I am redirected to a page with this message:
“Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

I am the administrator of this website and uploaded the files I wanted to replace, so this isn’t a permission issue on my end.
