Cannot upload to media library – get HTTP error message

  • Cannot upload to media library. get HTTP error message. Running WordPress4.9.2 – all plugins updated. “Something” eventually uploads – no thumbnail. If I attempt to edit, I get this message: “Image data does not exist. Please re-upload the image.”

    This is an existing website – images have been uploaded in the past.
