Cannot upload video files with custom role

    As an admin it works fine. As an “editor” role it works fine. But with my custom “manager” role, after uploading a file it completes to 100% but hangs there, eventually erroring with a “HTTP error.” I have both “upload_files” and “unfiltered_upload” enabled.

    Forgot to mention that image files are fine as well. It’s only the video (mp4) that’s a problem. Didn’t actually trying anything else other than a PNG and an mp4.
