cannot use customize function

  • I crafted a website on my local host in Eighteen tags them.
    Transferred to GoDaddy host cpanel
    I can customize widgets and menus but anything else gives an error involving “wp-admin/customize.php”
    Switched to 4 other themes and customization works great.
    Deleted the theme through file manager and went and re downloaded in themes and still same problem.
    Any ideas??
