  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress?

    increasing the available memory?

I find myself not being able to get into my dashboard at all. Would I have to use your third step to reset the plug-ins ?

Yes, you’ll have to manually reset the plugins.

I reset the plug-ins like you suggested and I still have the problem.
I did notice and failed to mention it that the tab for that website comes up with “Nothing found for Home Wp-login Php? Could this be an issue ?

It looks like WP can’t find anything. In which directory is your wp-login.php file located?

    Thread Starter portfood

    (@portfood)

    It’s in /public_html/asianantique.biz/wp-login.php

Ok, the problem is that WordPress is looking for your files in asianantique.biz/home/ . You’ll have to access your WordPress database via phpMyAdmin (most hosting providers offer this in their control panel) and manually edit the siteurl and home values to https://asianantique.biz . Follow this guide:

Also found a error message in my error log:
[Sat May 29 13:49:41 2010] [error] [client 124.115.0.100] File does not exist: /home/portfood/public_html/_themes, referer:

Okay macmanx I will give that a try and let you know.

WOW that did it. All I had to do is change the siteurl and get rid of home and bam I’m able to get into my dashboard again.

Thanks all of you for the help I appreciate it tons.
