Cannot Use Dashboard or Create Quizzes

    Based on the details, it appears to be a javascript issue. Can you answer a few questions for me?

    What version of WordPress are you using?
    What browser are you using and what version?
    Is javascript enabled on your browser?
    What OS are you using?
    Do you have many other plugins running in your WordPress? If there are only a few, do you mind listing them here?

    Sorry for all the questions. Also, the screenshot shows you are running version 0.9.5 of the plugin. Please update to the current version if able(1.0.1 at the time of this writing).
