Cannot use Stripe

  • When I put my stripe API keys in I get an error at the top of the page when I save saying :-

    Invalid Stripe API version: ITE_STRIPE_API_VERSION

    And further down the page in the Stripe settings section it says :-

    You are currently using a currency that is not supported by Stripe. Please update your currency settings.

    I have tried both GBP which Stripe supports and USD – no luck with either.

    Very frustrating

    Hi rodpascoe,

    Can you please (always :)) provide us with the URL where this is happening so we can take a look.

    Have you tried testing for a plugin conflict? To do so, you’d deactivate all of your plugins except for Exchange and the Stripe add-on then see if it works properly. If it does, reactivate your other plugins one at a time, testing each time to see which plugin is creating the conflict.

    Please give that a try and let us know how it goes.
