Cannot use the plugin when another plugin is activated

My client has WooCommerce MYOB Integration plugin installed AND your BEAR Bulk Editor and site has been live for over 6 months working.
I have updated all plugins, and since the update of the WooCommerce MYOB Integration Plugin & Bear Bulk Editor, your Bear Bulk Editor will not load (as in it is blank screen when I go to view in the backend of your Bear Bulk Editor).
It works with the previous version of WooCommerce MYOB Integration plugin … and your new version of your plugin.
Both plugins worked side by side no issues with older versions of both plugins.
It is hard to find out WHICH plugin is causing the issue, as both plugins by themselves work fine no issues.
It’s when they are BOTH activated with the current plugin versions is when the issue with the Bear Editor occurs.
Therefore I am not sure HOW to fix the issue. I have been told that I need to get Bear Editor plugin people to investigate the issue .
Any advice or is there somewhere in your plugin that shows errors that I can screenshot to you ?
