Cannot view a pattern I created

    Hi,
    WP 6.01, latest version of your plugin. I created and published a pattern. I see it in the patterns page but it does not appear with all other patterns when I want to add it to a post. I also do not see the new category I created.
    Any ideas ?

    Hi Alon,

    Steps to check/test:

    1. First make sure you did actual publish the pattern (drafts won’t show in the inserter)
    2. Check if the pattern maybe shows up in the inserter under ‘Uncategorized’
    3. Make sure you have a backup of your site and then test again with all other plugins deactivated. To help you with that, you can install the Health check plugin provided by WP: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/
      The benefit of the Health Check plugin is that it allows you to disable other plugins for you without impacting any site vistors. You can read more about how this works in this section of their documentation: Troubleshooting with a specific plugin

    Hi Blockmeister,
    Thank you for the quick response. Patter is published.
    Tried to use the health check and enable only your plugin but for some reason it did not get enabled…
    Anyhow, I then disabled the troubleshooting mode and had a look again. To my surprise my pattern and category now show up.
    Maybe a caching issue.
    Anyhow now it is working great.
