Cannot view any image in Dashboard or website

Hi, I setup a new website yesterday- thenewsikh.com. I cannot see any image on the website or in my wordpress dashboard instead I see this-

It could be a problem with hotlinking but Godaddy automatically adds new websites to the list of allowed websites to link images. I turned hotlinking off as well, but it remains the same. Uninstalled all plugins, re-installed wordpress but its all same.
