• Resolved wordpressforsv

I have the latest version of WordPress 5.8.1, and the latest version of All in One Calendar installed. I am unable to change months (if I click Next or Prev, there is a blank screen). I tried deactivating all other plugins and reverting to the Twenty Twenty One theme, but the issue still occurs. Our PHP version is 7.3.

I have submitted a support ticket from your website as well. This is an urgent issue for us since many visitors come to our site daily. Can you please help? Thank you.

I had same issue. But can’t resolve it for the Repeat event check box just hangs.

Any update from the developer? It’s still not working on my (unhappy) client’s site.

    Thanks!

I have had the same issue for almost two weeks now. I have emailed time.ly and done everything suggested with no fix. This is very important as I manage a building and my tenants rely on me to post their events on our calendar for the public to see. No new events means no new revenue or business and I have people saying that due to this they may leave when their leases are up.

@joshgs – I’m curious, what did they recommend? I’m game to try them on my site since there’s no response or help here.

I’m also curious, what theme are you using? Wondering if there’s a connection.

pretty much the same stuff they have on their support site, make sure there are no pop conflicts, update to the newest version etc. I emailed them and got an email with temp log-in info telling me to imbed the newest version, However, I got that after I saw the message about the devs and was waiting to see if they could fix it first as I am not an IT person and even the 5-minute video leaves me with some questions.

Thanks for the info. What did they tell you about embedding a new version? Curious about that.

I’m using Divi so since you’re not at least it’s probably not theme related. That’s what I was curious about.

Our Product team reported that your issue is now fixed. You were using an outdated account; that is the reason you faced an issue.
We have updated your account to the new Event Management Solution. The new version of the Timely Event Calendar Software (Timely Journey) is fully redesigned and updated with the latest technology and interface.

however like I said I received this after the post on the forum about the devs looking into it, and with very little knowledge in this area I would rather someone who knows what there doing try before I go and mess things up by trying.

so I have tried the embedding process because this needs to get fixed for my tenants now. yeah, that calendar can go month to month but you click on an event and can’t edit it, I now have two calendars on my site which will be confusing to some of the public, and the tutorial was not helpful at all, luckily I am smart enough to try different opinions for the settings and got it the way I wanted. If this is not fixed by weeks end I will be forced to look for another calendar app, and will not be giving time.ly any good reviews as this has been the worst two weeks stress-wise since I took over this position. it is not me that needs the calander but people who rent the building I manage.

My calendar is embedded and it’s having this problem. I’ve also disabled all plugins except this and used a default WP theme and it’s still gorked and not working, so there’s no plugin or theme conflict. And no word from the developer…..

My issue is not resolved yet either. I am hoping the developers can fix this soon!

Almost two weeks after it was supposed to be turned over to the developer and no reply or update or ETA on a fix. Is this not being supported anymore? My client is very unhappy and I don’t blame them!
