I have the latest version of WordPress 5.8.1, and the latest version of All in One Calendar installed. I am unable to change months (if I click Next or Prev, there is a blank screen). I tried deactivating all other plugins and reverting to the Twenty Twenty One theme, but the issue still occurs. Our PHP version is 7.3.

I have submitted a support ticket from your website as well. This is an urgent issue for us since many visitors come to our site daily. Can you please help? Thank you.

Can we PLEASE get a status update? Is this plugin no longer supported? Please let us know….

Yes after two weeks with no update and dealing with their customer service email system my tenants are not happy either. We now have two calendars, one that looks nice and works from the outside but I can’t edit at all and the old calendar is still on the same page with the same problems of not being able to do repeat events or refresh automatically when you switch months. I am going to look into another app which may require tons of time I really don’t have to put everything back in the calendar.

    Hello,

I am having the same problem. However, I have the calendar installed on 3 sites and 2 out of the three are working fine. WordPress is current on all the sites and PHP is current. I tried to backlevel PHP and that didn’t work. I also tried to disable the CDN on that site and it didn’t work.

I will keep troubleshooting and see if I can come up with anything.

    Thanks.

    UPDATE:

It’s worth noting that the two sites with the working calendar are on a different hosting provider (Kinsta) than the site with the broken calendar (GoDaddy).

So….After causing extreme stress and a huge headache, as I am not an IT person and even easy web design stuff is new and confusing to me, I got a fix. Had to update to Timely Journey. Everything works fine you just have to log in to time.ly to edit your calendar can no longer do it straight from WordPress. That being said while the new calendar looks nice and seems to work great from the time.ly site the customer service I received was sub-par. If I could have figured this out after two weeks I am sure computer literate people could have figured this out in a day or two and let everyone know. Will Keep using for now as I have no other option but will never suggest anyone else use your product unless they know their stuff.

@joshgs Thanks for the feedback. I’m a little confused though. If the product has been depricated, why don’t they just say so.

Also, it would seem that this is some sort of environmental problem because I have two other sites that are working just fine.

I hope that the developer will respond because my client is a municipality and not having a working calendar could have legal implications.

@skisnkeysgmailcom – By any chance are your GoDaddy sites Managed WordPress? The one I have where it’s not working is so I wonder…

@joshgs – Glad you got that working. That’s a crappy solution in my case, especially if the calendar is different. I always use TheEventsCalendar but used this for this client when redesigning their site because they used it previously and liked it, plus it displays multiple day events much better for their use. And I agree, if this version is deprecated and we have to use their online version all they need to do is tell us.

    skisnkeys

    (@skisnkeysgmailcom)

@maddogprod Yup you got it! It’s managed wordpress.

Oh, and the two sites that are working (on Kinsta) never broke. So I hope that they don’t break because they are also municipalities.

@skisnkeysgmailcom – Aha! A connection. Not sure where it gets us though maybe GoDaddy can help out to know what function they may be blocking. I think it’s a JSON call.

@joshgs – Any chance you’re on GoDaddy Managed WP too?

    skisnkeys

    (@skisnkeysgmailcom)

@maddogprod I agree it may be a JSON call.

    skisnkeys

    (@skisnkeysgmailcom)

I checked the JSON call on the broken calendar and on the one that is working and it is def returning different results. The broken one returns 500 bytes and teh good one returns 3.7kb. Big difference.

An empty JSON call basically. I’m chatting with GoDaddy now. Hold please.

@skisnkeysgmailcom Not surprisingly, GoDaddy says everything on the server is functioning, checks out, blah blah blah and best get support from the plugin developer. Shocking huh? I even pointed them here so they could see I’m not the only one with the GD Managed WP connection.

Yeah, yours work like mine used to. LOL

Interestingly, earlier I actually had it go to future and past calendar pages though they were blank.

Not sure there’s a connection, but I’m not using the stock calendar page but am embedding the calendar in a page. Are you?

    joshgs

    (@joshgs)

yes, mine was hosted by GoDaddy as well, good luck getting any help from them either they just kept pushing me off to WordPress and time.ly of course I am not the person on file for them as that person was a third-party web designer and no longer has a business.

    skisnkeys

    (@skisnkeysgmailcom)

@maddogprod @joshgs I am using the default calendar page, but I tried the embed and got the same result.

If I have to tell my client they have to replace the calendar they are not gonna be happy because they will have to reenter all their recurring meetings.

By the way, here is the one on GoDaddy that is broken.
