CANNOT view my theme files.

  • I’ve set permissions to 777 etc, turned on view hidden files and I cannot view the simple jpegs that are within my individual theme folders. It will get to the theme folder itself, then once accessed the folder looks like it has nothing in it. Any have any suggestions?

  • If you uploaded theme folder via FTP or cpanel, make sure that it’s not double-nested. i.e.
    bad – wp-content/themes/customtheme/customtheme/+theme files/folder
    good – wp-content/themes/customtheme/+theme files/folders
