Cannot view or add galleries

    Hello. I am migrating to a new server and attempting to set up Huge IT Image Gallery. It works fine on the old server. However, on the new server, when I click “Galleries”, no galleries appear – not even the usual sample galleries. (I see the fields ID, Name, Images, Duplicate, and Delete, but no information below them.) In addition, when I click “Add New Gallery”, I am taken to a blank screen; no buttons to click, no fields to enter, just a blank page.

    I have already tried deactivating / reactivating the plugin, as well as uninstalling / reinstalling the plugin and restarting the server. I also tried deactivating all other plugins and reverting to the WordPress default theme (twenty seventeen), but this had no effect. I also tried restarting my computer, and trying the plugin on a different computer (also running win 10 and using Google Chrome).

    Technical details:

    • Server is running Ubuntu 16.04.
    • Accessing via Windows 10.
    • Tried in Google Chrome and Firefox.
    • WordPress is up-to-date (4.7.3), as is the Image Gallery (2.1.4)
    • All plugins and themes on the new site are the same as the plugins and themes on the old site, so this should not be a factor. (In addition, this is happening on the WordPress back end, not the front end.)

    Please, be kindly informed that the issue is related to the database. The links of the images need to be changed while transferring all the data to a new server.

    I am having similar problem. First time installing this plugin, but I only get blank screen, when I click on “Add New Gallery”. E.g not white screen of death, but the WP admin page is totally blank. Browser inspector isn’t showing anything either.

    WP 4.7.3, latest plugin.

    @jeesus ‘s description is exactly what is happening on my server. I do NOT believe this is a database issue. I am not having an issue transferring images from one site to another – I am having an issue where “Add New Gallery” does nothing.
