I am using Plugins, Gravity Forms and Gravity Forms PDF Extended. Both were working fine a few weeks ago. Now we can no longer view the forms as a PDF. I recently updated all plugins and tried deactivating them one at a time and reactivated them one at a time to see if that resolved it. I changed themes multiple times and let it re-sync but nothing changes. I still cannot see pdf in browser.

  • It might be a browser issue. Please see this page.

It is not a browser issue. Both myself and my other admin are having the same issue. I use Chrome, he uses IE. His wife tried to upload pdf on her computer’s IE browser with same result. The browser screen is blank.

Here is the browser URL that comes up but with blank page. Should it be using the form name and # and not the default template? Is that the problem?

    Where is the pdf?

I am not quite sure how to answer that. I am not very tech savy…. The forms are filled out by our clients. The submitted entries are listed in the “Forms” area on the dashboard. As an Admin, I can view the entire list of entries that were submitted. I have the option to ‘View’, ‘Mark as Read’, ‘Trash’ or ‘View as PDF’ each Form with the help of Gravity Forms PDF Extended. But when I click on View as PDF, it opens my Chrome browser and it is a blank screen.
I can see in the URL that the correct entry number is there, so I am wondering if the link to the actual form is incorrect. But I am not sure what it should be. Or where to even look for it.

    Resolved how?

When I had re-initialized the PDF plugin the first time, I did not select the option for it to default to the original template. (Didn’t know I should) After reading on the forum about changing back to the default template, I checked the box to do so….and reinitilized the plugin, it started working correctly with the default template.
    Thanks for asking….
