Cannot view WordPress at all

  • Im using CrazyDomains as my host, and i have just installed wordpress to my domain.

    However, when I type in my domain name in my internet brower address bar, nothing is shown apart from CrazyDomain’s generic home screen saying that my domain name is held with them. If i add /wp-login/ after my domain name the same result occurs

    any help appreciated.

    Have you discussed this with your host? Is it a new domain? It may be that your DNS/nameserver records not fully propagated yet.

    It can take anything from 24 – 72 hours for DNS/nameserver records to fully propagate. Second, different networks will update at different times during this period. That is, bear in mind that just because one provider has updated their records, it doesn’t mean that another will.

    You installed WordPress through CrazyDomains ?

    I’ve had people sometimes install WordPress on a different provider to where their domain name is registered than wondered why it wasn’t working

    I installed wordpress using host gator but when I try to log in to word press the login page will not load. It say cannot open page . This comes up every time I type in my domain name/wp-admin.
    What can I do to get to word press? It has been a week now and it still won’t work.
