    Hello,

We have free gifts in our store when customers reach a certain total basket value. Here we work with the FREE GIFTS plugin from Flinttop.
This has worked well so far.

Since the last update of the Paypal plugin we get more and more often (not always!) the following error:

CANNOT_BE_NEGATIVE Must be greater than or equal to 0. If the currency supports decimals, only two decimal place precision is supported.

What could be the reason for this?

    Hello @advone

Thank you for reaching out to us, we are here to help.

This issue will be fixed in the upcoming update on October 14th. For now, the best solution would be to downgrade the PayPal Payments plugin to version 2.9.0. You can find it here: PayPal Payments 2.9.0 Release.

Please let us know if this resolves the issue, and we’ll keep you updated on any further developments.

    Kind regards,
    Krystian

    Hello @advone

It’s quite unusual for the issue to persist after downgrading the plugin.

Could you share your system report with us so we can take a closer look?

    1. Navigate to the WooCommerce / Status section in your site’s admin panel.
    2. Click on the Get system report button and then click Copy for support.
    3. Paste the report into our PrivateBin.
    4. After uploading, please share the link here so we can review the details thoroughly.

    Kind Regards,
    Krystian
