    Dear Yoast,

    I have a problem regarding the canonical tag of the url on my main site. The problem is very serious as I can not create good ranking because of this issue or any ranking at all in Google.

    I have found a Documentation of the Yoast SEO Canonical URLs API and how to change the code on a page (however my problem with the canonical url which is in the header).

    I would like to ask to be greenfrastructures.com in the header to change the canonical href instead of what’s in it now.

    The problem is

    • I did not find any opportunity how to change canonical href and the meta tags on the plug-in in my version.
    • I see Greenfrastructures everywhere in the plug-in, but in the code there is marslinks.com in almost all the places (canonical href, meta tags etc.).
    • I don’t see any option to change on the Customization site neither because there is no SEO Meta Box to change it.

    Examples for the issue:

    <link rel="canonical" href="https://marslinks.com/" class="yoast-seo-meta-tag" />

    <meta property=”og:url” content=”https://marslinks.com/&#8221; class=”yoast-seo-meta-tag” />

    ....<script?type="application/ld+json"?class="yoast-schema-graph">{"@context":"https://schema.org","@graph":[{"@type":"CollectionPage","@id":"https://marslinks.com/","url":"https://marslinks.com/","name":"Greenfrastructures - Choose Better, Consume Less, Share More","isPartOf":{"@id":"https://marslinks.com/#website"},"about":{"@id":"https://marslinks.com/#organization"},"description":"Choose Better, Consume Less, Share More","breadcrumb":{"@id":"https://marslinks.com/#breadcrumb"},"inLanguage":"en-GB"},{"@type":"BreadcrumbList","@id":"https://marslinks.com/#breadcrumb","itemListElement":[{"@type":"ListItem","position":1,"name":"Home"}]},{"@type":"WebSite","@id":"https://marslinks.com/#website","url":"https://marslinks.com/","name":"Greenfrastructures","description":"Choose Better, Consume Less, Share More","publisher":{"@id":"https://marslinks.com/#organization"},"potentialAction":[{"@type":"SearchAction","target":{"@type":"EntryPoint","urlTemplate":"https://marslinks.com/?s={search_term_string}"},"query-input":"required name=search_term_string"}],"inLanguage":"en-GB"},{"@type":"Organization","@id":"https://marslinks.com/#organization","name":"Greenfrastructures","url":"https://marslinks.com/","logo":{"@type":"ImageObject","inLanguage":"en-GB","@id":"https://marslinks.com/#/schema/logo/image/","url":"https://b6e9ed.p3cdn1.secureserver.net/wp-content/uploads/2023/07/greenfrstr.jpg?time=1701334879","contentUrl":"https://b6e9ed.p3cdn1.secureserver.net/wp-content/uploads/2023/07/greenfrstr.jpg?time=1701334879","width":755,"height":163,"caption":"Greenfrastructures"},"image":{"@id":"https://marslinks.com/#/schema/logo/image/"},"sameAs":["https://www.facebook.com/greenfrastructures","https://twitter.com/greenfrastruct","https://www.instagram.com/greenfrastructures"]}]}<<!-- / Yoast SEO plugin. -->

    Could you please show me a solution where can I change it to https://greenfrastructures.com on the plug-in or in the code the href canonical tag and the meta tags in my version (currently not subscribed).

    I don’t find any solution to change in the code.

    Thank you for your help in advance.

    Best regards,

    Reka

    I am sorry the issue solved by realizing I had 2 activated SEO plugin and one of them was not working with the correct data.

    I checked by using a Web browser extension tool to find out what could be the problem then I saw tags duplicated itself & meta description too. So turn out I had another SEO plugin on the site.

    I have been deactivating, so now the problem solved.
