Whenever I try to see my report (linked from either the email or my backend Jetpack) I get this message:

“Sorry, this report is only visible to members of this site. What can I do to see my report?”

I know the u/p is correct as I will get a password error message if I try something else.

My WordPress install is hosted entirely on my domain, and I’m not convinced it’s entirely hooked up to WordPress.com as I cannot log in and download my followers anywhere.

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

You’ll need to log in to the WordPress.com account you used when you connected Jetpack to WordPress.com.

If you forgot the account you used, you can go to the Jetpack menu in your dashboard, disconnect from WordPress.com thanks to the button in the top right corner, and reconnect using a WordPress.com account you can log into. As soon as you reconnect, your Jetpack data will be back and you will be able to access that report with that account!
