Cant Access Add-Ons Which I have Purchased

I bought the Event Manager Pro 1 Site add-on package from you on Jul 03, 2022. This package came with numerous add-ons, ost of which I implemented on my site.
However, I am not able to see and download all of the add-on that I paid for in the My Account section of your site.
I have had a support ticket open with you about this issue for over a week now but have yet to have this resolved.
Why can I not gain access to what I have paid for??
