So I used a 100% off coupon to test my new downloadable planner stickers products.

After i got back to the “my order” page/download page I noticed there wasn’t admin panel available on top of the page and when i put in “…wordpress/wp-admin” it redirects me to homepage…usually it goes straight to dashboard.

here is my latest error log:

I have tried renaming woocommerce to something else, it gives me white blank page.

When i try to rename my current theme, i get blank page as well.

And when i go to admin address during those 2 times…i can’t do anything in the admin panel anyways besides editing my profile.

    Please help.

Sounds like you’re not admin, you’re logged in as a customer.

Log out, then back in as the admin.

    Try enable the WP_DEBUG: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/how-to-debug-issues-after-updates?replies=1

This “error log” don’t seems right, seems like a access log with “referers”.

    OK…..

so all the pages I try to go on..

    I get error:

[14-Jun-2016 16:55:45 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_shop() in /home3/ab33824/public_html/wordpress/wp-content/themes/WCM010013/templatemela/megnor-functions.php on line 1010

Right, I suspect WooCommerce is not active and your theme is calling ‘is_shop’ without seeing if it exists first.

Rename the WCM010013 theme folder so it is disabled. Then access admin and turn WC back on.

I just tried that and now I get blank pages everywhere and the admin page redirects to homepage still (which is a blank page)

Did you login again like I said? I don’t think your account is admin…

If you cannot get in with any account, see https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-add-an-admin-user-to-the-wordpress-database-via-mysql/

I don’t know what would cause your account to lose privileges, but it could be a theme or plugin gone wrong. Where did you get the WCM010013 theme? Was it legit or downloaded from a sharing site?

Whenever i login on my website, it automatically logs me into admin anyways, also I have changed my admin login page which I can’t remember, plus i got some plugins that hide/rename admin page login pages..

The template I purchased from Templatemela. themeforest.net

Are you able to logout and then in again then? You could do it in another browser?

Did you enable WP_DEBUG yet? I see no errors on the pages, just the white screens.

    Thread Starter anniscrafts

    (@anniscrafts)

    Yes, it’s enabled.

I will try another browser…although it shouldn’t matter where I log on?

    Plugin Contributor Mike Jolley (a11n)

    (@mikejolley)

Well, as I mentioned I wasn’t sure if you were really logged in as admin.

If that fails, do you have a restore feature via your hosting control panel you can restore to a working state? It’s hard to say what is going wrong in your case since you cannot get into admin.

    Plugin Contributor Mike Jolley (a11n)

    (@mikejolley)

You mentioned you had plugins to hide admin- you could also rename those via FTP so they are disabled so you can get to /wp-admin/ – try that

    (@anniscrafts)

Where am I supposed to look at the error log anyway? There are ones that are called “error_log” under every path in my FTP File manager…although they don’t update very quick…

I tried viewing my website in Safari as well…as I use chrome myself..

Still same white page when disabling plugins or theme through File Manager.. or also still am in customer more when i don’t change anything in file manager.

    Plugin Contributor Mike Jolley (a11n)

    (@mikejolley)

I’m at least getting a page on “https://anniscrafts.com/wordpress/wp-admin/” now – “this has been disabled”. What does admin show you now?

    Plugin Contributor Mike Jolley (a11n)

    (@mikejolley)

    error_log is usually in wp-content/

    Thread Starter anniscrafts

    (@anniscrafts)

I just changed some files but didn’t still get any error texts on white pages on admin page…they still redirect me to home page immediately.

    Also In the wp-content there isn’t any error_log files…
