Can't access ADMIN after test-purchase.

What plugins are left? Rename the woocommerce plugin too and get it disabled.

Well woocommerce is disabled now…i’m trying to disable every plugin manually…half way done me thinks. i still keep checking the admin page but still white pages coming up and redirects to home page.

But what i’ve noticed is that straight away if i rename Woocommerce, i get blank page anywhere. even if others are enabled.

same with renaming the theme too.

Some may rely I WooCommerce I guess? Do them all.

I think there is something wrong with your user account making it think you’re not admin. I have some workaround code for that I can provide, but you need to restore your access first.

I have disabled every plug in manually now…but when i disable woocommerce as well i just get a blank page…if woocommerce was enabled even as the only one, i can still see my website…

but still can’t get into admin. :/

Ok now the theme is disabled too…but i can just see blank page…no error text? how can you see it may I ask?

I can get into ADMIN now, I can only click Dashboard and Profile though.

Your account is definitely borked in that case -it must think you’re not admin as I mentioned earlier. Does your hosting control panel let you create new admin users?

No I can only make people admins through WordPress….so anniscrafts.com/wordpress/wp-admin is the page it gives me in my hosting panel :c

I posted a link to an article earlier to make admin users via the database. Try that.

I’m really not sure why your user account would have been changed – I’ve never seen this before. But seeing as you cannot see posts nor pages, it definitely sounds like your user account has been corrupted somehow.

mind you I deleted .htaccess files from 2 locations and i’m trying to add them back.

I looked through the php database and my main account was as “customer” instead of that ” a:1:{s:13:”administrator”;s:1:”1″;} ” as it said to put in the tutorial.

I now have the admin bar back

I wonder if one of your addons is setting ‘customer’ role on users after checkout. Any ideas?

Now you’re admin again you should be able to reactivate things as normal. Starting with WooCommerce.
