Can’t access Admin pages

    Hi, Can’t access any admin pages and when debug is enabled, I get this message;

    instead. in /home/sites/mysitename.com/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3901 Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in /home/sites/fraserrussell.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/advanced-access-manager/Application/Core/Object/Menu.php on line 132

    If possible, can you please advise
