Can't access admin panel

Hello, I’m having trouble accessing the wordpress install on my site.
I use freehostia as my host, and used their application install of wordpress. The issue I’m having is that I keep getting a 404 error whenever I try to access any of the wordpress files, thus i have yet to access the wordpress even once. I’ve made other wordpress sites in freehostia, with the same process, that do not suffer this issue, so I do not understand what the cause or solutions is, please help.
