Can’t access admin (the page won’t load)

I have been using wordpress for a couple years now so i’m “kinda” familiar with it but as I was installing some plugins the installation failed for some reason and know I am not able to access my admin page (https://www.mywebsite.ca/wordpress/wp-admin). It just show a blank page.

So I basically used the “back” button to go back into my administration zone and i can access almost everything except the “installed plugins” section.
I won’t let my computer up running every day and night and won’t be able to access the admin section by going back into it. I don’t know what i may have did wrong.

I guess i failed to say that there is one big red “1” next to my plugins.
How can I find out?
Need help please!
