Well, since support sucks and I couldn’t get a response even though I have paid for the plugin, here is what I tried and worked. I deactivated the calendar plugin, I went on the time.ly website and downloaded the plugin from the site directly. Note: this is NOTE the latest version and that’s actually what I wanted. I uploaded the plugin, activated it and lo and behold, I now have access to the tabs. Hope that works for you.

I have not / will not update the plugin for fear of losing access to this.

Yes, downloading the plugins from Timely.ly worked for me as well. All is working now.

    I also had this issue.

As others have suggested, I downloaded 2.4.0 directly from the Timely site and switched it out in the plugins directory. Everything working as expected now.

Did it save your settings, ie events that you already added. I was going to do this a few days ago and chickened out after seeing a screen with something to the effect, “you already have a newer version installed”

I posted this same exact question/problem 3-4 days ago and didn’t get a response ??

    Thanks,
    Jason

    I also had this issue.

It is not possible to access the settings of advanced nor add-ons menu.

    Thanks

    Hi,

I’m sorry to hear that you have issues with our plugin. Please try to upgrade the plugin to the latest version 2.5.0. If this is not possible within the administration panel, please follow the steps in the following guide and you will not lose data: https://time.ly/document/user-guide/troubleshooting/perform-manual-upgrade/

@julialucio – If that does not work, please send WP admin access details to [email protected] and I will check your issue.

I also have this issue since version 2.4.1, and it still exists with version 2.5.0. A manual update did not solve this issue.

Ben — I have had this issue since 2.4.1 also and still with 2.5.0 — following the instructions for manual-upgrade noted above.

I created an admin account for you on my WP site if you want to see firsthand.
Let me know if you have any issues connecting to my site as an admin.
Also, let me know when you’re done with the account and I will delete it.

    Website is https://www.fortlive.com/ for reference.

We have released version 2.5.1 and tab issue is fixed, please upgrade the plugin.

    Thanks,
    Ben
