Can't access all thumbnail sizes in 4.0

    This is, hands-down, the best thumbnail editor for WordPress. No question about that, and I’ve tried them all.

    I’ve been using it for a long time, and then last week updated to 4.0. When in the list view, I can access the “Crop thumbnails” link as usual, but I can’t crop all thumbnail sizes. They aren’t all listed. Specifically, all of the WooCommerce thumbnails are just…gone. Thumbs I cropps before upgrading are there and appear normally on the site, but can’t be re-cropped via the plugin. New graphics do not get a WooCommerce thumbnail generated, and can’t crop one manually via the plugin.

    I’m using the Salient theme from ThemeNectar, WooCommerce 2.2.4, and .8.4 of Crop-Thumbnails.

    That didn’t change anything, either. ??

    I deactivated *all* plugins except Crop Thumbnails. The problem did not go away. It definitely has something to do with WordPress 4.0, as when I go back to 3.9, the problem is resolved.

    If you think of anything you want me to try, please let me know. If it helps, I can tell you the plugin which does not have this problem on 4.0. Maybe there’s something different about the way to get the info in 4.0. ??

    “Crop-Thumbnails will only show croped images – sizes with no crop will always be hidden.” I wonder if it has something to do with this? Maybe in 4.0 there’s a different way to make sure they all get listed?

    That was no meant to change anything, it is a starting point to find out why the plugin do not work as expected.

    I don’t think there is any specific change in 4.0 that causes this error (i maintain about 30 wordpress-installations and do not get any problem).

    Thanks so much for all your help. Before you spend any more of your time though, I will pursue a request with the theme vendor to see their thoughts on the matter. I will definitely let you know what they say when/if I get a response.

    FIXED! Has nothing to do with your plugin, or the theme, nor WordPress!

    For some reason, when updating WooCommerce to version 2.2 (or whatever it was they just released), it requires the theme to be reset before it will re-activate custom shop thumbnail sizes. Strange, but a quick appearance change to the default theme, then back to my theme, fixed the problem.
