Can't access any part of the plugin

Hi! I’m able to install the plugin, but when I click the dashboard for it, or the List Sliders and List Slides options, the side of the screen where you do the work…well, that frame is blank. If it even is a frame.
What’s up? I’ve installed this plugin multiple times at this point, with no version of it working. I’m on WP 3.6.
