Can’t access configuration

    I’ve installed and activated the plugin but the configuration link takes me to the payments tab but there are no configurations options visible. (just a save changes button)

    if I click the payments tab then all payment gateways are listed except amazon pay. if I make a change and save then amazon pay option is visible but clicking on the manage option or link goes back to payments tab with no visible options. The amazon pay option is gone again when I return to the payment tab.

    Without being able to access the configuration screen it is impossible to use.

    Hope you are doing well!

    can you share with us the status of your WooCommerce site? WooCommerce > Status > System Status.

    try to check the following link conflict test on a Staging site, could be some plugin or even the Theme you are using. We need to isolate the problem first.

    Thanks – I’ve systematically disabled the plugins one by one and can confirm that there’s a conflict with ‘set gateway by url’ (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/bh-wc-set-gateway-by-url/) .

    I’ve created a support ticket to notify the plugin author of the issue.
