Can't access control panel

I changed some of the settings in my control panel to do with redirecting the home page (can’t remember the exact terms for those fields) and now my WP site doesn’t seem to be accessing any of the css from my theme but it’s still pulling all the content I uploaded. Worse still when i try to access the control panel I get the 404 page (un-styled). Any one have any idea might be the problem?
