I cannot access the dashboard as an admin. It takes me to a blank page.
I am out of idea’s on how to fix this.

I downgraded to 3.0 no change

I removed the entire site and re installed wordpress. no change.

Lower rank accounts can get to the dashboard just fine.

Anyone have any ideas as to what could be causing this problem?

Try manually resetting your plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via FTP or SFTP, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the Default theme (WordPress 1.5 – 2.9.2) or the Twenty Ten theme (WordPress 3.0 and higher) to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue.

Did both, changing my current theme’s name left me with a completely blank website, which wasn’t right…

Thing is I still had this problem when I completely erased my site and reinstalled word press. Nothing was installed on wp and I still got a blank page when I tried to get to the dashboard.

Maybe a problem with my host? I really don’t know at this point.

It could be a problem with your host. Did this happen suddenly with no perceivable cause?

Yes, one day everything is fine.

No changes, no updates. Next day I get a blank screen to the dashboard.

One more thing, try downloading WordPress again and delete then replace your copies of everything except the wp-config.php file and the /wp-content/ directory with fresh copies from the download. This will effectively replace all of your core files without damaging your content and settings. Some uploaders tend to be unreliable when overwriting files, so don’t forget to delete the original files before replacing them.

If that doesn’t work, contact your hosting provider. Maybe they changed the PHP configuration.

I tested with my other host and I am am having no problems with them.

It has something to do with my host. What a waste of time lol.

Yeah, I’m going to have to point my accusatory finger at your hosting provider. ??
