Can't access dashboard.

Hello. I’m having some major trouble. I’ve been working on my new www.ads-software.com blog and was trying to transfer my domain (ohfancy-that.com) from WordPress.com to my new blog (which I now realize I was doing the wrong way). Now I can’t access my www.ads-software.com dashboard – it just takes me to WordPress.com’s website. I managed to do this by going into general on www.ads-software.com and redirecting the site address. When I enter https://69.89.31.99/~ohfancyt/wp-admin/, I am redirected to https://wordpress.com/#!/read/following/, which is definitely not what I need. Also, the theme that I was working on is completely messed up now. Clearly, I’ve done something very wrong. Is there any way that you can get me back on track?
