Cant access dashboard

  • Hi guys, so I noticed this error on my page… I tried to log in so I can troubleshoot plugins but I cant even log into my dashboard. Usually I get an email to login with recovery mode but I haven’t received anything? This error shows:

  • This is coming from your php setup – so it may be just a blip, or your host may have changed something on their end:
    open_basedir restriction in effect

    In order to login and troubleshoot, use ftp or control panel –> file manager to delete your plugins.
    These two plugins specifically are throwing errors on your site:
    Collivery-Collivery-WooCommerce
    side-cart-woocommerce
