    Hi @mazenw , sorry to hear about the issue. I know you logged tickets too, and for follow-up it may be easier for you to reply via our Help Desk since this is about Toolkit Pro and we can get more context about what you’re using.

    There are potentially a few reasons for this; maybe you can have a look:
    – Make sure you’re running the latest release of Toolkit Pro
    – As a local environment and if ALL external traffic is block, that could explain it; the next release will have a fix (or send us an email/ticket)
    – Remove Strict enforcement, this is also related to #2 and will be addressed
    – If you’re affected by the Let’s Encrypt issue from a few weeks ago locally (e.g. old OpenSSL version) and there’s an invalid certificate somewhere locally, that could also be a factor
