• So this morning I logged onto the dashboard for my site and noticed several of my plugins required updating, including Ocean WP among 4 others. Ocean WP was the first to update however the following plugins displayed a red error message. I closed the page and tried re-entering, but I cant even get onto the log-on to my dashboard. Earlier it displayed an error 500 message, but now it just comes up as a blank screen.

My site appears to be working on desktop, but not anymore on mobile.

So it seems the Ocean WP update has somehow corrupted my website? What can I do, I can’t even access the dashboard at this point?

    Thanks in advance,

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hello, can you access your site via FTP? If yes, go to your themes folder and in the oceanwp folder rename it to oceanwp_old, then go to your dashboard, update all your plugins, if you see no problem, rename the oceanwp_old folder to oceanwp, activate the theme via Appearance > Themes, and if you still have the same issue, that means you are on an old PHP version, in that case, contact your web host and ask him to upgrade to PHP 7.
