Can't access dashboard after upgrading to 3.5.2

Seems the problem resolved itself while I was reporting it here. Odd

I have similar error too after upgraded / upgrading to 3.5.2.

When I access Dashboard, I am staling on this URL:

https://www.eggstudio.com/wordpress/wp-admin/upgrade.php?step=1&backto=%2Fwordpress%2Fwp-admin%2F

The page shows a WordPress logo. That’s.

I can not access Dashboard

attempted:

/wp-admin
/wp-login.php (takes me to login, but can not get into Dashboard)

Once I login by https://www.eggstudio.com/wp-login.php, I see a WordPress screen showing :

Database Update Required

WordPress has been updated! Before we send you on your way, we have to update your database to the newest version.

The update process may take a little while, so please be patient.

While I click on “Update WordPress Database”, error shows up:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 35 bytes) in /home3/eggstudi/public_html/wordpress/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1225

Anyway to get back to the dashboard ???

I am going to downgrade back to 3.5.1

How to go back to 3.5.1 ??

I have my database backup before upgrade. Could I download a 3.5.1. pack then upload back to my server and restore the database ??

Definitely NOT RESOLVED. A lot of us appear to be blocked out of our dashboards. ????!!!!

How can the topic be resolved when it’s not resolved?

I cannot log in to my admin, but am re-directed to a page on my site that says “sorry page not found” (not the dashboard as I usually see).

Help me…
