Can’t Access Dashboard: Strange cache error

Have you tried:
– manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.
– If that does not help, try switching to the unedited default Theme (Twenty Seventeen.) using FTP/ SFTP , or your web-host’s cPanel or whatever file management application your host provides (no Dashboard access required). Navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and switch to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder by adding “-old” to the end of the folder name. Alternately, you can remove other themes except the default theme (Twenty Sixteen.). That will force your site to use it.

I think this error message is misleading, because the real issue is not in functions.php file on line 3643 Instead, you need to go to the path “wp-content\plugins\w3-total-cache\lib\W3\Plugin\TotalCache.php”
Open the file TotalCache.php, and look for the function called function ob_callback. The code will look like

function ob_callback(&$buffer) {

Remove the “&”, so your code now will look like –

function ob_callback($buffer) {

Save the file and check again your site home page.
