Can’t access HTML embed code menu

Can you please open the console in your browser and see if there are any errors listed?

I opened the console and got this:

Could it be a problem related to “wp-mail-smtp” or “joli-table-of-contents” plugins?
Or perhaps is it the error in red?

Thanks for sharing that. Yes, this is possible. Can you please deactivate these plugins and then test if the “Text” mode works in our plugin?

I could solve it!

If it’s of any use for the rest of the people out there, it was a problem with a different plugin called “Column shortcodes”. After deactivating it, I was able to access the “Text” mode.
I was able to detect it was that plugin by inspecting the console error in red color.
