can’t access jetpack ‘contact support’

    hi

    i am a paid subscriber to jetpack as from yesterday .. i wish to ask a question to jetpack ‘happiness engineers’, but when i get to contact support page it tells me i’m not logged into wordpress.com (although i have the wordpress.com reader open on another tab, so i am logged in) and when i click on ‘please log in now’ and enter my wordpress.com login details, it simply comes back to the ‘contact support’ page, still saying i am not logged in …

    i am posting here, because i can’t find anywhere on jetpack to reach them under these circumstances …

    Just wondering, is it possible that you have another WordPress.com account that you used to purchase the Jetpack paid plan?

    to answer your question, yes i do have another wordpress.com account, but did in fact buy via the correct wordpress.com account – since you asked, i checked and also tried to login with both account details and both behave the same way.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
