Can’t Access Level Registration Page

    Hello @isaakgeo,
    Thank you for using PMPro.

    I’m sorry this is not working as expected. Can you confirm:

    • You have a page with the [pmpro_checkout] shortcode.
    • The Pages settings point to this checkout page with the above shortcode. (Memberships > Settings > Pages
    • Your checkout page is not being restricted? The “Require Membership” on meta box on the page should have nothing checked.
    • Your PMPro BuddyPress settings are set to use the PMPro Levels and not BuddyPress registration

    Our BuddyPress Integration page includes other settings to be considered.

    On a side note, make sure caching is set to exclude PMPro pages.

    Hi Kim and thank you for your support.

    I can confirm that all the above settings are as you suggest.
    There is no caching on the site.

    What else can i try?

    I found the solution, it was related to theme settings.
