Can’t Access Log In Screen For the WP Entry

  • We can’t get into our website to make changes due to the the WP log in page not showing up. It isn’t even registering anything being there. I am a rookie at best on this, so are there any easy fixes for this?

    The page not showing is tigereyedesign.com/wp-admin.

    Delete .htaccess
    type in domain.com/wp-login.php
    login.
    Dashboard -> Settings -> Permalinks -> Save. (just automatically recreates your .htaccess again).
    If the problem persists. Try disabling plugins. Enable plugins 1 by 1 until the problem occurs again. That will narrow down the faulty plugin.

    Both the attempts to go around it aren’t working.
    Those attempts being:

    tigereyedesign.com/wp-login.php

    Hi Naveen,

    I can’t even get to that point. I keep getting redirect errors, therefore the log in screen never loads.
