Can't access login page via /wp-login.php

I was on the backend of my website earlier today and I had no issues. I then installed a backup plug-in and after running the backup of my site it is now not letting me log-in. When I try to visit my site it does not load either. Please provide me with any support if this has happened to you. I desperately need to get back into my site ASAP. The backup plug-in I installed was BackUpWordPress.
