• Recently I changed my wordpress and site ulr from https://sulovmullo.com to https://www.sulovmullo.com
    I already changed url from phpmyadmin database. But still now I cann’t access my site dashboard. when I try to go sulovmullo.com/wp-admin I see The page isn’t redirecting properly

    Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

    This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.

    Please HELP me.

  • Hello, sulovmullo, & welcome to the WordPress support forum.

    I think if you’ll try https://www.sulovmullo.com/wp-login.php you’ll be able to log into your dashboard. It’s generally suggested that the http form of the url be used, as it covers both cases, i.e., whether or not the www is included.

    Let us know if that helps, please.

    I can log in. But can’t access dashboard. I see same error message.

    Ok, sulovmulloso, I somehow missed this https:// part. My 4-year-old grandson was w/me yesterday–I’m suspecting my attention was divided. I’m sorry.

    Do you have an ssl certificate? If not, then, of course, that would be an incorrect change to make.

    There are 3 ways we can go about doing this. The first is by editing your database via PHPMyAdmin or whatever program your hosting provider uses. The 2nd is to change the url’s in your wp-config.php file, for which you’ll need to know how to use FTP (preferably secure FTP) or your hosting provider’s file manager. The last is to include some code in your theme’s functions.php, again using FTP or your hosting provider’s file manager.

    Do you think you feel more comfortable using ftp/your host’s file manager, or would you like to try to change these in your database? I can instruct via all methods–don’t worry about that part–but I think it’s best, before we get started, to know which method you might prefer.

    Hello Dear,

    Its not a database issue because site admin is working.
    so please first check SSL certificate setting may be you didn’t apply for front just activated for admin. when you will apply for frontend then you can use https for front. it will work.
    by the way its not work then use those lines in wp_config.php

    define(‘WP_HOME’,’https://example.com’);
    define(‘WP_SITEURL’,’https://example.com’);

    Definitely your site will work !

    Thanks
    SURENDER SINGH
