Can’t access my Dashboard / Wp-admin / log-in

I tried to change my name in general settings from First Name: Marvi, Last Name: Sirmed, to First Name: Baaghi and Last Name blank.

What happened was came to me as an unwanted surprise. I lost any access to the dashboard and admin pages. Now I just cant access anything from my admin. Have no idea how to fix it. I can’t upload new posts and edit older ones ??
