Can't access my log in page

Hi guys, I was adjusting my theme and in wordpress and went to submit the changes and all of a sudden it gave me nothing but a blank screen and now I can’t even log in. I’ve tried other computers and no cigar, nothing. Can anybody help, regards…Grant
